Havennai is built around one rule: your family's details stay yours. Household data — names, birthdays, allergies, schedules and notes — is stored for your account only and is never sold.

When you use private context search, Havennai strips names and sensitive fields before anything leaves the app. Only the non-identifying context you allow (such as a shoe size or an activity) is used to improve results, and you can turn each of those off in the Privacy Center.

Emails are only sent to addresses you enter yourself, for the notifications you enable. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
